Meditating on one’s heart is an ancient, powerful, and transformative practice that has been shown to have a positive impact on one’s physical, mental and emotional well-being. Through gently guided Heart Rhythm Meditation practices you will learn how to synchronize your breath and heartbeat to bring about a state of calm, alert, inner awareness that not only benefits you, but can also have a positive influence on the world around you.
