Our job opening for a Faith Development Coordinator is a religious education position supporting the children and teens of our congregation. Take a look below for more details:
Children’s Faith Development Coordinator
Lead programming for children in preschool-5th grade at our Sunday morning learning center! You’ll work with volunteers from our congregation. Program is story and play-based, encouraging creativity and exploration. 7 hours/week, September-June.
Youth Faith Development Coordinator
Mentor our youth in both our Middle and High School Youth Groups! You’ll work with volunteers from our congregation to support our youth through programs including Coming of Age and Our Whole Lives (comprehensive sexuality education) as they explore and identify their values. 7 hours/week, September-June.
This position combines the two above. The FDC works with both children and youth in a year-round position. 15 hours/week, summer hours reduced.

ABOUT YOU:
- Experience working with children and/or youth. A commitment to nourishing their individual voices and ideas.
- Curiosity about and respect for Unitarian Universalist values. Some prior experience in UU communities is helpful, but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and volunteers and maintain a safe learning environment.
- Successful completion of a SORI/CORI background check.
