Connections, to me, start with one on one, in person interactions. All people deserve love, recognition and appreciation, whoever they may be. All can positively impact others. How do you show love, recognition and respect? In this service, I will first talk about connections: some I have made, some others have made– all having a special meaning. I hope you, too, will share examples of some of your own meaningful connections. Then, I will give some examples of connections I have made that have resulted in solving a particular problem. Likewise, I would love to hear your thoughts or experiences about how making connections might have solved problems for you. Finally, I will share my hope for making future connections to help a “Baby Boomer” like me solve some of the issues in our disconnected time.
“It is not our differences that divide us. It is our inability to recognize, accept, and celebrate those differences.” Andre Lorde
I look forward to seeing everyone– Paul
SUMMER SERVICES
Our summer worship services are held every Sunday at 10:30 am outdoors at Dane Street beach on Lothrop Street in Beverly, in the shade of two trees in the middle section of the grassy area of the park. In case of rain, we will meet at our usual location at 225 Cabot Street.
Our outdoor services continue through August and early September.
