Circle Dinner with Roberta Villanti

On Saturday, March 20th at 6:30, Roberta Villanti will demonstrate how to make Cranberry-Pistachio Biscotti. Make whatever dinner you like and we’ll eat and chat while the biscotti is baking. Here are the ingredients to have on hand:

Cranberry-Pistachio Biscotti

  • flour
  • baking powder
  • baking soda
  • salt
  • unsalted butter
  • sugar
  • eggs
  • vanilla
  • dry roasted, unsalted pistachios  (available at Trader Joe’s)
  • dried cranberries or dried cherries (also at Trader Joe’s)
