Ancestors of Justice

Throughout our Unitarian and Universalist histories, ordinary people chose to be justice-makers in both bold and secret ways. In this media-rich service, we’ll celebrate some of the unknown (or lesser-known) stories of these religious ancestors whose legacy we carry. (Parents of small children: the latter quarter of this service includes stories related to matters of reproductive justice.)

bio: Rev. Erika Hewitt, who lives in Bath, Maine, is a full-time staff member at our Unitarian Universalist Association, where she creates inspirational and aspirational worship content for UUs around the world.
