How we welcome others is a question every congregation mulls over again and again, and it’s relevant in many other aspects of our lives as well.

What does it mean to welcome people?   Is the key strategy and practice or something deeper?  How do we start to think about better welcoming people in a diversity of life situations or with diverse identities?
