Meditating on one’s heart is an ancient, powerful, and transformative practice that has been shown to have a positive impact on one’s physical, mental and emotional well-being. Through gently guided Heart Rhythm Meditation sessions you will learn practices that synchronize breath and heartbeat to bring about a state of calm, alert, inner awareness that not only benefits you, but can also have a positive influence on the world around you. Participants are encouraged to commit to the full five weeks in order to gain the maximum benefit, as each week we will build on the previous week’s practice. This class is ideal for those wishing to establish a meditation practice as well as for those wishing to deepen an existing practice.
