Our Whole Lives (OWL) is a comprehensive sexuality education program developed jointly by the Unitarian Universalist Association and the United Church of Christ. Our Whole Lives provides accurate, age-appropriate information while helping participants clarify their values, build interpersonal skills, and understand the spiritual, emotional, and social aspects of sexuality.

Honest, accurate information about sexuality changes lives. It dismantles stereotypes and assumptions, builds self-acceptance and self-esteem, fosters healthy relationships, improves decision-making, and has the potential to save lives. For these reasons and more, we are proud to offer Our Whole Lives.

There are seven distinct Our Whole Lives programs for different ages along the life span: grades K-1, grades 4-6, grades 7-9, grades 10-12, young adults (ages 18-35), adults, and older adults (ages 55 +).

First Parish Church currently offers the grades 7-9 sexuality education program. Additional programs may be added in the future.
