“TO BE STILL”

It’s been a hard year, you’ve heard it said, a hard couple of years. We continue to have a lot to deal with. Our mental health is fragile. We need to be gentle with ourselves and each other. This service is to help us find some calm. I have some thoughts to share, and I’m sure you do too. Time in nature, yoga, meditation, deep breathing are things that can help. This week we will focus on a sampling of Buddhist thoughts.

“Don’t try to change life, but change the way you look at it. Make peace with this moment, be kind and be gentle to yourself.”

SUMMER SERVICES BEGIN
Beginning June 26th, our summer worship services will be held every Sunday at 10:30 am outdoors at Dane Street beach on Lothrop Street in Beverly, in the shade of the trees at the south end of the park.  In case of rain, we will meet at our usual location at 225 Cabot Street.

Our outdoor services continue through July, August and early September.
